Maharishi AyurVeda consultations begin with an Ayurvedic assessment of body type, imbalance, diet, and lifestyle from an Ayurveda perspective.
You then receive personalized recommendations from the areas of:
- Diet and digestion
- Lifestyle and daily routine
- Ayurvedic herbal supplements
- Cleansing programs, if recommended
- Mind-body approaches
- Spice use in foods and spicewaters
- Aroma therapy
- Exercise and body approaches like herbalized oil massage, yoga, and breathing techniques
Consultations may also include:
- Maharishi AyurVeda pulse-assessment
- Ayurvedic determination of mind-body type
- Ayurvedic determination of imbalances that may be contributing to chronic conditions
- Personalized dietary and behavioral recommendations
- Herbal preparations to help nourish and re-establish balance
- Additional personalized Ayurvedic recommendations as needed for yoga, exercise, cleansing programs, spices, aromas, recipes and Maharishi PanchakarmaSM treatments
- A complete online reference to using the all the key Ayurvedic principles through access to the online, 7.5-hour Maharishi AyurVeda Personal Wellness Course

Refund and Cancellation Policy
- Full refund if canceled within 72 hours in advance
- 50% refund if canceled less than 72 hours in advance
- 25% refund if canceled less than 24 hours in advance

These visits are not covered by insurance or Medicare.
